History

True Host (formerly Adidev) was born in 2014 as one of the pioneers of the homestay movement, long before it became mainstream.

Over the past decade, we have shaped and consulted on some of Dehradun and Uttarakhand’s most remarkable projects—ranging from The Wheel House, a merchant navy captain’s bungalow, and Wildflower, a politician’s farmhouse, to mountain escapes like Kotli the Paradise and Woodhill: Into the Wild.

Each of these projects carries our touch of vision and execution, setting new benchmarks in hospitality.

Today, as a trademarked company, True Host stands ready to take property management to even greater heights, blending heritage, innovation, and trust.

Our Past Projects and Consultations

We, the founders of True Host, began our journey working as managers in some of the finest hotels, gaining firsthand experience in operations, guest relations, and the discipline of professional hospitality. Those years taught us not only the technical skills but also the value of empathy, detail, and reliability—qualities that would later become the foundation of our own work.

Over the past decade, what began as a low-key venture has grown into Dehradun’s leading property management firm. In these years, True Host has not only managed hotels, homestays, and estates but has also given birth to and consulted on some of the city’s most notable projects. The section below highlights a few of these landmark initiatives, reflecting the trust we’ve earned and the expertise we continue to bring to every collaboration.
